1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms of cooperation between Mozinbaq (hereinafter referred to as the “Retailer”) and the Supplier for dropshipping. The Supplier agrees to provide products to the Retailer, who will resell them through their online WooCommerce platform.
2. Order Process and Shipping

The Retailer submits customer orders to the Supplier via WooCommerce.

The Supplier is responsible for the packing and shipping of goods directly to the end customer.

Tracking information must be provided to the Retailer promptly.

The Supplier must dispatch the goods within 5 working days of receiving the order.
3. Payment Terms

The Retailer shall pay the agreed wholesale purchase price to the Supplier.

Payment methods may include bank transfer or PayPal, as agreed between the parties.

The Retailer may manage invoices and transactions directly through WooCommerce or an agreed invoicing system.
4. Liability and Returns

The Supplier is responsible for items that are faulty, damaged, or not delivered.

Returns must be processed according to the Retailer’s return policy (see section below).

The Supplier must reimburse the Retailer for any faulty, damaged, or undelivered items upon verification.
5. Contract Duration and Termination

This agreement becomes effective upon signature by both parties.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

In cases of persistent delivery delays, quality issues, or non-compliance, the Retailer may terminate the agreement without notice.
6. Other Provisions

Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (UK Policy)
(Effective from 14 June 2025)
14-Day Return Policy
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original, unopened packaging, unused, undamaged, and resellable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Free gifts, samples, or promotional items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

Do not return items without prior authorisation — such returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to process and credit the funds.
